At the beginning of polishing, the carbon fiber board moves from the management center to the edge. Pay attention not to work under too much pressure. When the carbon fiber board is transferred from the edge to the management center, the working pressure gradually decreases. In rough polishing, only cooling water is needed, and no polishing wear-resistant material is needed. The environmental humidity of polishing disc is very harmful to polishing quality. When the carbon fiber board leaves the disc, the shrinkage water on the surface of the carbon fiber board will volatilize in 1-5 seconds. Optimum ambient humidity. Generally, the rough throwing time is 2-5min. The standard is to remove all scratches caused by polishing the surface of carbon fiber board. After rough polishing, clean the sample with tap water or an aqueous solution containing detergent.
Fine polishing is using 1 μ M alumina suspension or diamond grinding paste and 1 μ M alumina slurry. Spread the grinding paste or suspension on the fluffy cloth, add an appropriate amount of emulsifier, and polish on the polishing machine with the speed of 250r / min for about 2-3 minutes until all the scratches are removed. Remember to clean the lubricant and grinding paste with water after polishing.
In addition, add 1 μ M alumina mixture for secondary polishing. Start with 2.5 μ The diamond mixture was sprinkled on the intermediate plush cloth, and the appropriate emulsion lubricant was added. The polishing machine with the speed ratio of 200-250r / min was used to polish for 2-3min until all scratches were removed.
