So the carbon fiber of the original factory requires high modulus, resin, the resin content of carbon fiber is 40% right, but can you think how many times of hand paste? In addition, the carbon cloth and plastic layer are bonded with epoxy resin, and the cloth surface is saturated, which is the same system resin with each other, so it is easier to peel off in the later stage!
Let's talk about epoxy. Usually, when you are in DIY, the store asks you to buy epoxy. Epoxy has a lot of wettability and bonding properties to carbon fiber. It is easy to burst when it is used for a long time. Of course, it is too thick. Only its durability is better than satiety, and satiety usually stays where it is brushed. So the carbon fiber layer below is only a little resin layer on the surface, which constitutes a false curing condition. Only the resin seals the carbon fiber inside!
